ABOUT US

The Beginning

Our Story

Their relationship spans back to 1978—from middle and high school (Go Owls!), to college roommates (Go Bobcats!) and then out into the real world. After college, Tony went into the Army and Joe went into the business world.

At a local party years later the seeds were sown and a partnership was in the making. The accountant and the salesman, a marriage built in heaven, isn’t that what they always say?

So the company started in 2006, oh yeah, the worst recession since the 30's, great timing! Each year since, the company has grown, added capabilities, added staff, and has built great long lasting relationships with its clients.

Michele Reifer

We’ve now lived in Maryland longer than any other place in my life, so I guess that makes me a Maryland crab! I am married and have one child. I am passionate about family, food, and working out-in that order! At Kojak, we have a commitment to complete customer satisfaction and my goal is to exceed your expectations. I like to make my clients feel like they are my only customer!

Stacey Fauntleroy

I relocated back to Maryland from New York in 2011, and prior to joining Kojak, I gained my experience through a variety of print, customer service, and marketing positions. In 2013, I transitioned into my account management role at Kojak, where I continue to build strong client partnerships and deliver exceptional solutions. I am very passionate about what it takes to go above and beyond to make sure my customers are happy and satisfied with their product. I will give you the attention and service you would expect from a friend! Currently, I reside in Middletown with my husband Brent and our two dogs Rudy and Roscoe.

Mellisa Zaluski

I was born and raised in the Midwest (Chicago) and moved to the East Coast in 2010. Most claim, I have a heavy accent, I beg to differ, at least when I say “Maryland” , I annunciate the d! Also, can someone please tell me where “down the road” is?! I share a special bond with my family and friends and continue to be successful at raising a family, I attribute this to my ability to schedule, plan and handle multiple tasks at once. Along with spending time with my family and friends, I enjoy exercising, camping, living life to the fullest, and belly laughing.

Kelli Evers

I’m excited to have recently joined the Kojak Graphics family. My background includes marketing and retail sales, as well as administrative and executive support. I’m hopeful those years of experience, along with a knack for the creative details, will help me to provide the absolute best in client service. And an unexpected benefit – I get to work alongside my childhood BFF, Michele!

I was raised in a military family and moved seven times before settling in Northern Virginia, where I’ve lived happily for more than 30 years. As a sports fanatic, I love a good game and especially enjoy rooting for the DC pro teams. Yep, that includes my always controversial burgundy & gold – HTTR! A few more of my favorite things: photography, live music, beach towns, lunch with friends, office supplies, iced tea, Twitter, and lazy Sundays spent with my husband, our two teen boys, and a cute, but bossy French bulldog.

Dominic Chiavacci

I am a proud prior service Marine Corps veteran who brings a mission focused, service driven mindset to every client partnership. At Kojak, I am committed to providing thoughtful solutions and a level of care that reflects our family values and dedication to the community we serve.

Outside of work, I am a family man first. I am married and love spending time with my two dogs and loved ones. I take pride in being active in the community and supporting local organizations whenever I can. I also enjoy living an active lifestyle, whether that means being outdoors, exercising, or staying engaged in meaningful activities that keep me sharp and energized.

I am grateful to build lasting relationships and help bring ideas to life for our clients and community.
